Wohoo it’s time for another CASE Study Challenge with our muse for June, Lisa Spangler! Here’s this weeks stunning card to inspire us:
I love this card; there is so much going on but it is still totally clean and simple! I love the background with subtle inking around the edges and then that little pop of colours and shapes to draw the eye: just beautiful. I would’ve liked to have made a more unique take on Lisa’s card but I was just so drawn to the original that in the end my card was simply a recreation of Lisa’s. You know what they say though – imitation is the best form of flattery!
Please pop by the CASE Study blog to see the rest of the Design Team’s creations along with our guest for June, Lynn Mangan and not forgetting Lisa’s CASE of her own card!

The black and white pearls are such a wonderful addition. Inking-around-the-edges… another of your many talents ;)
Debby, this is absolutely stunning. You knocked Lisa’s inspiration out of the park. I’m always amazed at how you place the elements on your card so perfectly.
Gorgeous. Love the elements.
I agree with all you said about Lisa’s card, and your card is just as beautiful! I love the color/patterns you used for your little embellishments. I see you have sneaked in a little tag as well, it looks cool :)
