Thank you all for joining me on my continuing blog journey! If you haven’t already, make sure to pop by here and here to be entered into the giveaways :)
As in life, some things are new but some things stay comfortingly the same and with every Thursday brings a new CASE Study Challenge :) JJ is the most amazing designer and I squealed in delight when I saw this weeks card to CASE. That was until I tried to think of how to create anything as wonderful!
Die cut heaven that’s what JJ’s card is LOL! I took the inspiration of the repeat pattern and broke open my Simon Says Stamp full card triangles die. I picked some rich colours from the Bazzill Card Shoppe rainbow pack and ran them through my die cutter. I also ran a post it note through and used this to guide where I wanted my triangles to be. I then popped them all up on foam adhesive and added a couple of enamel dots to finish. The bold sentiment is from Simon Says Stamp’s on edge set and I thought it went well with the graphic feel of this card.
I can’t wait to see what JJ, our guest designer for the month Anya and the rest of the team have made! Hop over to CASE Study to find out :)
Supplies: Stamps – Simon Says Stamp on edge; Inks – Hero Arts cup o’ joe; Card – Bazzill card shoppe rainbow; Dies – Simon Says Stamp full card triangles; Enamel dots – My Mind’s Eye the sweetest thing bluebell smile, honey love

Such an amazing CASE, Debby…I love how you created shadows behind each triangle, and the enamel dots are the perfect touch! LOVE this card!!!
Hi Debby…I found your blog a while back when I took an online class and have been following ever since. You are so creative!!! Thanks so much for all you share on your blog…you rock!!!!
Really fabulous! I wish I could make something apparently so simple and yet so harmonious. JJ Bolton card is also fabulous; I love deconstruction, reconstruction and patterns. Geometric forms have so much potencial.
