Popping in today to announce the winner of the Simon Says Stamp gift certificate but before I get to that I wanted to share this fun little card made using Simon Says Stamps Circle Friends. I think this set might be my favourite of the Early Spring Release of Simon exclusives; I just love the simple outline drawings and playful font :)
Do you think if I post enough spring related cards that the weather will reciprocate?! The birds are nesting and there are buds showing the first hints of green but I’ve not seen one lamb yet and the daffodils are barely out. It all seems very delayed this year. The children are in school for their summer term and my mind as focused on what needs to be done before they break up for the summer holidays and yet Spring doesn’t even seem to have, well, sprung yet! Anyway, back to what needs to be done today and that is to announce the winner of my Simon Says Stamp gift certificate.
I was bowled over by the lovely comments on my new blog and I wanted to thank everyone for taking the time to call by. It was really interesting to read how people keep up with their favourites and I am delighted that so many of you are willing to keep me bookmarked as I continue my blogging adventures. Now, without further ado, the winner of the $30 Simon Says Stamp gift certificate is ………
I have moved over to Feedly as a blog reader. Still prefer Google reader but love the lime green of Feedly (I suspect you will too!). I couldn’t be without reading your blog as your cards are so awe inspiring :)
Indeed I do love the green of Feedly Lythan! Congratulations and I will be in touch as to the best email to send your gift certificate to :)

Another amazing card… I believe that even if you did a big effort to make an ugly or even a so-so card, you wouldn’t be able to do it :) I love this stamp set too. Can’t say it is my favourite because they are all fabulous, but it’s one of the top 10 in SSS Spring release LOL. Here in Portugal the Spring has more or less sprung this week, last week it was rain and more rain. In past years, by this time, we already had about a month of sunshine and the warm sweaters were very far from our sights. I guess Spring forgot to show up on time… Congratulations Lythan Nevard!
This is fabulous! Love the crystals, the honeycomb paper behind the number, and how you did part of the sentiment with a die cut. It has been a miserable Spring hasn’t it? We still haven’t had temps over 40 and it seems to never stop snowing/icing. It’s so depressing.
