It’s the summer term folks! Yep, that means it’s time to get cracking on those teacher gifts :) I broke open the Teacher’s Pet set from Clearly Besotted Stamps for the start of my teacher projects. A few gift tags are always great to have in :)
Keeping it simple, the tags were stamped in Memento tuxedo black and coloured with Copics before adding a layer of Glossy Accents. The good news is I managed to leave the tags alone until they were dry which means for once no fingerprints in my Glossy Accents :)
Supplies: Stamps – Clearly Besotted Stamps teacher’s pet; Inks – Memento tuxedo black; Card – Neenah solar white; Copics; Ranger glossy accents; Die – Papertrey Ink fillable frame 7
These are just perfect!!!
I am a teacher (not an english one, as you may have noticed), does it count? :D
Now seriously, these are beautiful… I think burlap, as kraft, goes especially well with red, white, black and blue, like cobalt. GA makes the apples very eatable.
Love it, so juicy! =)
I read a tip somewhere that said to put a blob of Glossy Accents on some scrap paper at the same time as you do your project then u can poke and prod that instead of your project and when that is set you know your project will be… I’ve never managed to do it but its a good idea!
What a fabulous tip! Thank you I will definitely give that a try :)
