OK seeing as my camera lens has just broken, this photo is as good as it’s going to get until I can get the lens fixed or replaced :( My card is for this weeks delicious Tuesday Trigger. Here’s the inspiration photo:
I love the soft, pretty pinks scattered over on the woodgrain background. I used Bazzill marshmallow card and stamped Hero Arts Designer Woodgrain with Versamark; it’s very faint in the photo but in real life it adds a lovely subtle background. I coloured some more of the marshmallow card with a very pale pink Promarker and then die cut using the Full Card Triangle die from Simon Says Stamp. The triangles were popped up on foam adhesive and then I added a sprinkling of two colours of pink enamel dots from My Mind’s Eye. My obsession with enamel dots continues and I’ve just added a few more packs to my collection :) Finally I stamped the sentiment from Simon Says Stamps tilted banners in Versafine smoky gray.
Well I’m off to Google how to get this lens fixed but at first glance it appears a new one might be in order *sigh*. Fortunately I have already taken the picture for tomorrow’s CASE Study Challenge so I will be back here tomorrow for that :)
Cute card!! What lens do you use for your cards? Sorry it broke I love your pictures!!

Hi Kristina, I love my 50mm lens. Cheapest one by far but love the results. Fortunately it seems fixed at least for the moment :) Thanks for the lovely comment.

Hehe geri! I wanted a really pale pink but didn’t have card in that colour so I coloured up a piece of card with a promarker. Still not the exact shade I wanted but better :) Thanks for calling by :)
Simply stunning! LOVE!!
Fabulous! I love the irregular placement of the triangles and enamel dots that somehow makes the whole effect – regular!
What an out-of-the-box-but-oh-so-perfect take on the Trigger.
This is gorgeous, Debby! I love the woodgrain background and small pops of color…Stunning CAS design!
So gorgeous!
