Happy Thanksgiving to those that are celebrating today :) Being in the UK we don’t get a Thanksgiving holiday so it’s business as usual with school etc. We do get a long weekend next week though which I am thoroughly looking forward to.
Back to today and it’s time for our next dose of goodness from Angeline, our muse at CASE Study :) Feast your eyes!
Now I was in need of a birthday card and went straight for the leaf theme of Angeline’s card, tied in a handwritten style sentiment and went with it! Here’s what I came up with:
The leaves are from Lawn Fawn’s flutter by set which is full of wonderful graphic shapes. I coloured the leaves with Copic markers and added lots of rock candy Distress Stickles for a bit of autumnal frost. The sentiment is from Kristina Werner’s handwritten sentiments set for Simon Says Stamp – don’t you just love her handwriting!
Well that’s me for today – wish me luck as I’m helping my son run a charity table at the school Christmas Market this afternoon!
