It’s Friday folks and that means only 1 more week of school before we break up for the summer! Can. Not. Wait! Fridays also mean it’s time for a new challenge from CAS-ual Fridays and this week we have a theme of “Clear as Day” – get out your vellum and acetate stash and lets see what you can do!

Now it just so happens I have the Geo-graphic set so wanted to include that on my card today. I paired it with my favourite turtle from Party Posse and a sentiment from Sentiment Sampler. Here’s my card.

Now I’m not totally sure if you can see or not, but the card base is made from acetate – this is the first clear card I’ve ever made! I added the Geo-graphic border on front of the acetate with the turtle on that flap too. The patterned paper is adhered to the inside of the back of the clear card. I hope that makes sense!
