How do you fancy another stunning dose of inspiration from Aga this morning? Yep, it’s CASE study time and we are mid month now with Agnieszka Malyszek as our muse. I remember seeing this card on Aga’s blog and oooing and ahhhhing over the wonderful colour and dimension.

So I decided that this was one card I wouldn’t stray far from the original inspiration. I kept the tag, butterflies, green, banner …. pretty much everything!

CASE91

I stamped the butterflies onto vellum with Versafine onyx black and then heat embossed with clear powder. I then went in with blender pen and some peeled paint Distress Ink finally adding a few touches with a white gel pen. What do you think? Is this too close to the original? Possibly not close enough as I still prefer Aga’s over mine LOL!

I am also going to pop this card over to A Blog Named Hero‘s challenge to dust off those seldom used stamps. Well I use my Hero Arts stamps a lot and there aren’t really ones gathering dust, but I have had this set a long time so perhaps that counts!
