This is another card for day 2 of Papertrey Ink’s anniversary celebrations. I am loving the images in the free download! So for this card I chose the cassette from Erin Lincoln. I am really looking forward to seeing what Erin designs for PTI in the coming year. For today I paired the cassette with grunge me and signature greetings and came up with this card.
Supplies: Stamps – Papertrey Ink free download, grunge me, signature greetings; Ink – Versacolor canary, Versafine onyx black
I don’t know what the kids are wearing in your part of the world, but there is a real fluorescent thing going on here, so I chose the brightest yellow ink I could for the background splatters.
OMG!!
This is fabulous!
The grunge…
sentiment…
and day-glo yellow…
just awesome!
Lovely ..Lovely…Lovely…OMG!!!
ADORABLE!!! So simple and so impactful.
Another creative design! Love this!
Genius! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it!
Love it!!! Just the perfect card for the cassette image.
Love the splash of yellow from Grunge Me! Great card, Debby!
Very cool! How did you make that perfect splash of color?
LOL! I definitely get 80s dayglo flashbacks when I see kids these days!
Love your card – grunge goes perfectly with that image!
This is so neat! I really like the simplicity! I can’t believe kids today don’t know what a cassette tape is…. my kids have never had them… I could really blow their minds with eight-tracks! LOL
