I’m sorry to have disappeared for a few days there, just life getting in the way of crafting! Nothing dramatic just needed to get a few things done.

I’m cheating rather with this card – in America I believe it is Mother’s Day this weekend, so this card is particularly appropriate. However, here in the UK we have already had Mother’s Day back in March. So why am I making a card for my Mum? Well it’s her birthday next week! So a happy coincidence.

My Mum loves yellow – she had yellow roses in her bridal bouquet, so the colours from this weeks CR84FN were perfect. I think my Mum might like yellow as much as I like green, if that’s possible! Also this card sort of fits with the Mother’s Day theme on Papercrafts gallery challenge.

I’m trying at the moment to finish the insides of my cards a bit more. Here I made a panel for the sentiment.
