I’m sorry to have disappeared the last few days – the build up to the youngest’s party took up so much of my time. It was worth it though, he had a lovely time and really enjoyed touching and holding all the animals. Also from an adults point of view, as far as these things go, it all went relatively smoothly!
Anyway, back to the business at hand. I really wanted to play along with the colour splash challenge on at The Play Date Cafe this week. Not unsurprisingly my splash was some green! I made this card before the weekend, but didn’t get chance to post it until today.
I wasn’t going to show you this, as I snapped the photo last minute at the party just before the candles went on, the light was awful and note the lovely village hall table! Also, my baking skills are nothing to write home about, but anyway here is my attempt at a worm cake to match the invites and party bag worms. Erm very “handmade”!!
