Filled with love

I’m back today with another little look at more of the fabulous new release from Simon Says Stamp! I was delighted to see a stamp set in collaboration with Mama Elephant, such an on trend company with cute designs :) The Filled With Love set has a great jar image with lots of filler images and also a tag to go along with it too. I stamped the jar on a white panel and then die cut the new Heart Blooms so it appeared the flowers were within the jar. I die cut the stem part again from Green Leaf card and inlaid that into the white panel. I also die cut the two larger leaves again and then popped those up over the inlaid ones. The parts of the stem in the jar I coated with glossy accents to give the appearance of the jar being filled with water, oh and a little line of a pale blue Copic also helped.

Then it was time to move on to that cute as can be tag. The edge image is stamped in grey with the sentiment in the new Simon Says Stamp black ink – love! I pierced two holes either side of the jar and wrapped with bakers twine and captured the tag in the bow.

For a final accent I added a couple of strips of patterned paper from Lawn Fawn’s Peace Joy Love pad – isn’t it great to be able to use a paper pad intended for Christmas all year round :) I popped a heart from the Heart Flowers die and glossed it all pretty and that held in place a little silver thread.

Finally the panel was mounted with foam adhesive over Lipstick Red card so the heart flowers could shine :) Then everything was popped on a Green Leaf card base.

Edited to add – I mistakenly drew a winner for the Simon Says Stamp blog hop too early. Oops! Comments are open until Thursday this week. My apologies. So if you’ve not already then pop by here to comment LOL
